Yep, it'll work nicely (both the trans cable and the P/S column). The DASH would work too, but as you surmised that would be a bit more work (#1: The windshield has to come out!) Be aware that manual steering column wheels and power steering wheels are different, so likely you'll have to use the Chrysler steering wheel or find a Plymouth P/S wheel.
