I just inquired to AAJ about their system. Sounds like a *clean* version of the old Aspen/Volare retrofit. With those, the tie rods had to be lengthened and the proportioning valve installed into the Forward Look car. I am only familiar with doing this to 57 and later cars with the ball joint construction. It was a bolt-on, with only those mentioned fabs. We used the Aspen master for capacity, and enjoyed the fact that it hid somewhat under the power booster. As for changing the rear end brakes, .... why? Well tuned, the cam adjustment can be lightning fast to stop and they are so easy to adjust and work on. Sounds like just making more complications for yourself. If you want to go the full nine yards, drop a disc rear in and stop that hummer on a dime!
