I've been trying to contact ebay for a week now trying to resolve a small balance that i owe on my seller's account coupled with a change of email address. I've used their online webform but so far no response. What's the best way to get hold of a living person at ebay. I want to list my 60 chrysler and 56 desoto parts for christmas.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
