Took a torqueflite to the local shop to have it rebuilt. After waiting for about 2 weeks, they call me to tell me its totally gunked up, and no good. There is a 325 and a 2-speed in my 57 desoto firesweep. The 2-speed is dying, so i need a new plan. I was considering putting in a 727 TF with one of the adapters. Do the adapters include everything i need to put in the trans to the motor? How much would i have to move the cross member? Has anyone done this who can giev me some ideas, or some one else have a better idea??? Thanks in advance.
