I am replacing the single field alternator on my '61 Seneca with a dual field Bosch alternator. I have also upgraded to an electric voltage regulator as opposed to the electromechanical one. My question concerns wiring; I know I need to ground one of the 2 alternator fields to the alternator, but do I then hook the GRD wire from the wiring harness to this field ground? The new alternator does not have a GRD. makes sense, butI'm not about to hook up the battery and drive around until I'm sure that this is correct. Any thoughts would be most welcome. Thanks, David
