I've read some of the posts on this "b" or "rb" dicussion. So, I may sound foolish or I may not. This little tip may help. When I look at mopar big blocks at car shows. I look for the raised rectanglular "stamping pad" on the front of the block that the "rb" blocks have. This is an easy visual way to tell the difference between the "b" and "rb" because the "b" engines don't have it.
