This question has been answered hundreds of times. You might want to check the archives. I have never had any problems doing this ONCE I COMMITTED TO GETTING THE RIGHT TOOL. Here's a link to a picture of the tool you NEED. <http://www.mytoolstore.com/otc/7394.html> I would only resort to heat, driving around the block with the wheels on loosely, and all the other remedies as a last resort. This puller will work. Don't be afraid to pound on it with a hefty sledge. Just make sure you have re-attached the nut under the puller screw, or the hub will come off (and at you) with explosive power.
