I used a standard single piston master cylinder circa 1962 and a booster from a 77 Plymouth Gran Fury (heavy duty dual diaphragm) on my 55 Chrysler with great success. It all just bolted on without modifications and the only wierdness is the brake pedal height. It rides a bit high. I'm sure the pushrod could be shortened, but I have not yet fiddled with it. Plenty of boost with this set up. Make sure to get the heavy duty dual diaphragm booster (kind of small in diameter but deep in apperance) as the standard booster will not clear the hood. Good luck, Mopar Randy
