Re: the one torgion bar not raising up all the way: try unscrewing and removing the adjusting nut and cam, then pull the torwion bar out slowly from the hex opening in the lower control arm, then rotating torsion bar one hex position counterclockwise (on passenger side) or clockwise (on driver side) and then reinstall rear anchor bolt and cam and it should raise up just fine. If not, you may have the wrong side torsion bar in. The left and right side torsion bars have an "L" or "R" stamped on the end, and they are NOT interchangeable. Good Luck.
