Yes, that could be a 318 Poly motor. I believe that 1958 was the only year for a factory dual four barrel setup for the 318. There was a dual four aluminum setup offered after market, but has long since been discontinued. I have a '65 coronet 500 with a poly and a cast iron dual four barrel setup. It runs pretty good, but could use a good cam and headers.
