Thanks for the help, but what I'm looking for is someone in Law Enforcement that could help. Manufacturers stamped VINs usually into the frame somewhere. Try as you may to change tags/tabs/stickers, or grind numbers off, there is a VIN on all vehicles that is on the frame... somewhere! Sometimes on the top of a rail under the body, but there somewhere stamped in big ol' 1/2" numbers deep into the frame. I'm no longer in Law Enforcement or I could dig up the books.
