As usual, a mine of information. That gels with what I had believed before, and I just misunderstood you, ditto for the lack of hemi heads on the Plymouth polys. On the 313, which I have (and I'll have to check for that CWC casting) I have been told that some Belevederes which were otherwise US built cars, came with a 313 from the factory, maybe because of a shortage of 318's at some point. Don't have any documentary evidence for this though. And you're right, a hemi head prototype or even design for the Canadian poly would be an awesome find!
