There are at least two poly vehicles in my area ('65 Dodge Coronet and '64 Dodge D-100) that have custom headers made by local exhaust shops. A basic block hugger design should work very well even made by a local shop because it's easy to equalize the tube lengths. (unlike say a Tri-Y design,which would just about require AutoCAD to get it right)
