(Oops - forgot to complete my email address in the last post) I was going to add, that with the paint scheme and the fittings in the front of the roof, which look like the rods to hold a Federal Becon-Ray rotating becon (permanently-mounted, not de-mountable like on a combo) it looks to have seen service as a straight ambulance, not as a hearse or combo. The interior might be set-up as a combo, though. And most ambulance services were run by the funeral homes anyway.
