The Weiand 7503 manifold is a single plane design. It does have a divider in the plenum that is supposed to give it dual plane charactoristics. If you use a Holley four bbl carb, they offer a Chrysler throttle extension, and the stock linkage will work with that (at least it did on my '60 318). I also had to buy a Holley adapter fitting to mate it to the Chrysler size fuel line.
