jOHNNY mILK, That 1961 Torque converter is a no fit with the 1964. Don't even think about anything from 1961 and back interchanging with Aluminum Torqueflite. I maybe slightly off, but I beleive torque converters on the 727A all interchange from 1962 up to 1965 thelast year of the rear pump. Torque converters on torqueflite are different from big block to small block and do not interchange with 904A either.
