The AAJ kit uses Mopar rotors to retain the same bolt pattern for the wheels and G.M. single piston calipers(a la Firebird etc). I bought the basic kit while in the US on holiday and the rest of the hardware in England. Roger at AAJ supplied a list of parts and the donor car/part numbers with the kit. He is a great guy and very helpful. On a safety note, you might want to spring for new calipers/pads and hoses as they are pretty inexpensive new. You don't have a cheap car so why have cheap brakes? It's not worth someones life or trying to find replacement front sheet metal. OK, sermon over, good luck with the conversion.
