Hello, I would contact ano-brite (they advertise in hemmings) and have them reanodize the grille. They did my '59 Plymouth grille and it would meet or beat an NOS grille hands down. Their prices are reasonable and Marcos, the man who does the work is very honest and friendly. Hope this helps. Take Care, Frank
