Another product not to use on stamped aluminum parts is Castrol's Super Clean. I use it full strength in my parts cleaning tank as a degreaser and paint remover on steel and chrome plated parts, but if you get any on bright aluminum it will discolor the finish and cause some pitting. Diluted with water it's the equivalent of Fantastik and 409.
