I got a nice looking 57 Coronet laast summer but it did have the prerequisite holes in the floor pan and welded in plates in the trunk. No bother, I am removing the entire floorpan this spring and replacing it with aluminum and tubs. By 2004, it will have an EFI 440 and narrowed Dana in it. As for what to look for, besides all that was already mentioned, look for rust in the bottom inside of the doors unless the weatherstripping is still good. Also look for a Torqueflite instead of a Powerflite, more gears is better for mileage. Happy Hunting!
