What kind of con rods do you use for a 4 in. stroke poly?

What length and type of connecting rods do you use to make a 4 inch stroke poly motor? The stock rods are too long. Do you use custom pin height pistons? Where can you buy such pistons? Does the new Mopar Performance 4 inch cast iron crank fit in the old poly's with the 8 bolt flange (1956-61)? So many questions, so little time!
