There was no real rhyme or reason for the horn ring. My 57 Savoy has the chrome ring and deluxe wheel, but it is a six cyl. four door sedan. The real puzzler is the "V" on the front fenders. It came that way from the factory. (This car was bought new by my family, so I know the whole history of it) Like that makes sense! The better horn rings show up pretty frequently on e-bay, but good luck with the wheel. They are harder to get, and your wheel will not work with the chrome ring.
