Hi all.My '57 Plymouth has the flathead six and three speed tranny.It has a rod knocking so bad I can't believe it still runs.A friend of mine swears that a 318 will bolt right up to the transmission in the car and that it is a simple bolt together swap.Anyone out there tell me if he is right?if it is not a simple swap what would you recommend? Also can anyone tell me the casting numbers for the heads on a 392 HEMI? thanks in advance.
