I just got that PAW catalog and was reading it today and noticed that the 331 does not have the water passageway under the carburetor whereas the 354 and 392 do. Also, there is reference to using 354 heads on a 392 but that doesn't mean the intakes will interchange necessarily. They have the dual quad intake for $249, I believe but that is without carburetors.
I hope I got this right.
