Hello, looking through an old Collectible Automobile (Dec 1999)today and noticed it has a short piece on the 1961 Dodges that the California Highway Patrol used back then. In the photos a clear spotlight is mounted on the passinger fender with a red light mounted on the drivers side fender. It has no bubble light on the roof but as Mike stated each dept. most likely outfitted their cars to suit there own needs. One thing is clear, these brutes were fast! In the CHP test they hit 130 MPH in the 2 mile sprint. Good luck, I hope this helps.
