Daven, you're totally right about the safety aspect of the project. Cutting the roof off without major strengthening of the shell would of course be disastrous. I'm sorry if I sound a little touchy but where I live I'm used to people giving me the 'you don't want to do it like that - you want to do it like this' speech where they obviously know what's better for my car stylistically than I do. Anyway, would love to see pics of your wagon - sounds very interesting. An acquaintance of mine has a '60 Fury 2 door with a similar setup.
