ok, here goes. i have an a-500 tranny that i would like to put into my 57 plaza. essentially, it is a 3 spd torqueflight (small block)with electronic overdrive. what i would like to know is, is there any way to hook the push button shift system to this newer transmission. i would really like to retain the push button, and DO NOT want to put a hole in the floor for a shifter. any help would be greatly appreciated
