Have you checked the rear axle seals?? Leaks will put oil on shoes; causes sticking. Has any work been done on Master cylinder?? Too long a push-rod, plugged relief port or improper return spring will cause problems. Modern young mechanics do not know how to service these brakes; how to set up and adjust them. They were a problem from day one and if you don’t follow the service manual exactly they just won’t work.
