Yes, Plymouth made convertibles in 58, I have an article somewhere on a nicely restored one I could scan & email to you if you want it. If you're restoring an original 58 Fury conv. you might be better off keeping it all original with the 350 dual quad, considering the value of the car. But then again, I'm all for having fun with these cars too, and a 440 would be a lot more fun for sure! Good luck....
