Belvederes were offered in 2 door or 4 door models. As far as Christine's color, it was hollywood, Furys were never offered in red. If you read the book, you'll find there are a whole lot of changes from the book to the movie. Then again, after this movie came out, I think it popularized these cars so that the prices went up & people wanted to hang on to their "Christine" cars. Car types that get popularized in movies are often harder to find & more high priced after a successful movie. Try looking for a deloren or a 59 caddy hearse (back to the future & ghostbusters cars). Sorry to say, but the real story behind the 57-8 Plymouth line is not nearly as exciting as the Christine movie. But it was still a damn nice car in that flick....!
