I tend to agree with Panic here about Spitfire. I have had experiences with the companies that tend to put more effort into excuses than into product in the past as well. My personal opinion is if you want headers from Spitfire, then you make the arrangement to have a COD order. That way, he gets paid when you get the product. If you do a VISA order, speak first with your card company to make sure you know how long they will entertain doing a charge cancellation or dispute BEFORE ordering from Spitfire (and yes, those Platinum cards do have more clout in this case!) Just my 2¢ worth!
