I agree that this is a "heart" question which can only be answered by you. For me originality is not nearly as important as having a car I can look at with pride based on my definition of beauty. My 57 Plymouth is red and white (soon to be red and black) but its original color was yellow.I just went with my gut. I think you have the answer to your question already inside yourself. Think of it this way, if you had to marry that car and live with it for the rest of your life...wake up in the morning with it looking at ya...stroll into town on your arm...sleep in your bedroom peering at ya...what would keep you glazing at the ole gal with admiration? The answer to that is the answer to your question. Good luck.
