I did a 440 into a 57 Dodge a few years ago. The 68-70 Road Runner/Super Bee header will NOT fit (for what it's worth). What I did as an alternative was to go with 69 C Body HIPO manifolds. They flow almost as well as headers, look impressive, and you dont have the gasget problems associated with headers.
