Tom -- Believe they were placed on the rear deck lid about 7"-9" from the right edge of the lid and about the same distance from the bottom. Since there were so few ram cars, I don't think they used a template on the production line and just kinda "eyeballed" them. They may even may have left them off to be installed by the dealer after shipping. My reason for thinking this way is that my '60 has 'em on both front fenders, but the dimensions vary from side to side.
