I don't know if this will be of help, but I have to re-create some roof-top "tunnel" lights for my ambulance and since I will never find an extra set, I am thinking about trying to make them myself with a fiberglass mold. Maybe this process will work for your air cleaners. This is a link I used as reference. It's mainly for smaller model parts, but I think the process is the same, and they sell the material. If I don't end up doing that, I'll go to a custom fiberglass/composite manufacturer. Most larger cities should have them, as they often serve the boating and aircraft industry.
