add my vote for turtle wax. my father swore by it and its all ill use, but if you cant find it...would old fashioned saddle soap work? i would even go so far as to forget looking for vinyl wax and try a good leather conditioner. something else you could try, skip the auto parts stores and go to a store that sells furniture cleaners. they have some great conditioners for vinyl couches these days.
