Dennis, Life is a real wonderful learning experience! However, I have not ever heard of Coper Racing. You may want to go on-line and check with your state's better bussiness bureau. They will have a record of any complaints logged against them. Also, If they are reputable, they will give you a ONE YEAR GUARRANTY against failure of the rebuilt unit. Good Luck!
