Well i can't say that I know anything specific about your exact vehicle, but most torsion bars I've seen were all the same. By turning them one way raised the car (or stiffened the suspension, whatever way you want to look at it) and by turning it the other way lowered the car (or softened the suspension). I would say try adjusting them and see what happens. Just keep track of how many turns you go, thats all. if you're unsatisfied with the results, turn it back to where you started.
