If you swap to an 8 you'll need to replace the transmission,radiator,torsion bars,driveshaft,some other odds and ends. The way gas is I'd keep the six, although I'm partial as I have a 61 with a six. If you want to get the six to perform better to www.slantsix.com and www.slantsix.org
