The dash should be black from factory. However its not to say that it wasn't custom ordered. If you had the money any car company will do non-standard options for a price. My father got a Dodge van with a 440 Magnum 2x4 and a custom paint color and matching interior back in the early 1970's. He had to wait over two months for it to be shipped from the dealership from the factory but he got what he wanted.
