While disassembling a '58 Plymouth parts car, I came across a check stub from November 19th, 1965. It was in the ashtray and was in very good condition. In another parts car, I once found a letter written years ago by a young man who was trying to explain to his father why he changed religions. In my second '59 wagon, I found a Dallas newspaper commemorating the tenth anniversary of JFK's assasination. Over the years,I have found service records, vintage maps, papers from long closed military bases, etc. in various cars I was pulling parts from in salvage yards. What was most interesting item some of you found in your restoration projects and parts cars? Let's keep it clean and tactful! ;-)
