Thanks Jeff, I didn't address the "pre-67" and "67-up trans. issues! Well, ONE bolt hole in the "A" block bolt pattern changes location in 1962, the right bottom hole. Since the rest of the holes are the same, you could tap and thread a new right bottom hole if you were paranoid, but really the rest of the bolts should be enough. Since the early Hemis and the "pre-62" A blocks share the bolt pattern, you can indeed use the adapters that fit early Hemi engines to later (Mopar/GM/Ford) automatic transmissions.
