chuck, multiple choice is fine by me...all i can say is i dont have the parts! if they had come back again, fo the 5th time, i would have no problem giving him a refund in full, but they FINALLY shipped out and didnt come back, i have no proof that he doesnt have them and is just pissed at me, that is just my speculation, but i printed his address directly from his email, adn this time they didnt come back, i dont know where the parts are, but i dont have them.
