Tim...I can vouch for Eaton Detroit Spring. They made the replacement springs for my Adventurer, and also allowed me to take the unassembled spring leaves and get them powdercoated. they them assembled them carefully to prevent chipping the coating. They can also make coil psrings, but in the case of my Adventurer, they could not. I had a place called Coil Spring Specialties in St. Mary's, Kansas (www.coilsprings.com) do my front coils. They took the one tired survivor and duplicated it, estimateing and increasing the free lengths by about 5/8" to account for the set taken over 46 years. Both places are fair, honest and fairly fast in turnaround.
