Dave I ordered last fall right after I bought my 57 CRL. I received a copy of the original IBM punch card that was used to build my car they were not able to completely dechipher all the codes but most of the info was there ie; build date(birth date) paint codes, engine serial # plant built at where it was delivered etc. They also photo copied an original owners manual, I believe the total for both was $70. They did want verification that I owned the car. Well worth it in my opinion.
