Yes, all 241/259/270 poly and hemi intakes interchange. You can use 1956-57 315/325 heads (bigger ports and valves) but the 315 manifold is too wide and the 270 manifold ports are smaller than the 315 heads. The '56 270 poly manifold has the bigger ports and fits low deck motors, just hard to find. Don't shy away from a whole 315/325, it's not that much different.
