Help, When I apply the brakes to my 1956 Plymouth Savoy 2dr (no power), the pass. side brake locks up. This happens at slow speeds and fast speeds. This happens when the brakes are warm (driven 25 miles)and cold (at startup). Any help would be great. Thanks. Pete
