Forget it. There are no Ford 4-speed trans from that era for cars. Any 4 speed was for a truck. Also they descruct very easy and they used an enclosed drive shaft. The adaptor was to put a different motor in the Ford car with out changing trans which was the way it was in the good old days when everyone wanted a Ford for hot rodding.
