Hi Ray, The main problem is the bar is loaded, so you'll have to experiment with jacking the body up or down with the tires on the ground. There is a "sweet spot" where the bar will be unloaded just enough to let you get everything lined up just right. As far as the bushing itself, clean the bar of old rust and dirt. File off any burrs on the end of the bar. Using WATER for a lubricant, twist it into position. Don't use oil! The hole in the bushing likely shrank on the shelf, but as long as it is pliable, it will expand and work fine. Good luck, Herman
