Not sure why a guy would want fiberglass when steel is available. You might want to check out http://www.blackcar-llc.com and check out their Mopar stuff. They have the front fenders you are looking for and punch 'em from steel. If you still must have fiberglass, do a patch of your existing fenders and paint on a release agent, followed by a 2 to 3 layers of S glass or some of the more pliant aviation versions of fiberglass and resin. This will give you a female mold which you can use to make multiple fenders from. A stiff wooden frame to hold the mold in the proper plane is helpfull. IMHO, steel is better.
